Utilization of Funds:

1. Production & Release of Comedy Specials:

•   Video content distributed via WF Media Group distribution channels.

•   Audio content released through Joke Farm Records.

 

2. Development of Original Television Series:

• Creating and launching new, engaging television series that align with WFMG's mission of clean, family-friendly, and faith based entertainment.

 

3. Expansion of the Healthy Laughter Brand:

• Tour Production: Launching a stand-up comedy tour under the Healthy

       Laughter brand.

• Television Series: Producing a new television series that brings the Healthy Laughter brand to a wider audience.

• Expansion of the Healthy Laughter Comedy Tour as a national brand reaching an expanded audience with HLT mission and message of FREE Health Screenings at a Live Comedy Event.

• HL Audio Series Content: Expanding Healthy Laughter’s presence in the audio market through new releases distributed through newly established distribution partnerships.

 

4. Original Feature Film Production:

• "First Mother's Day": Producing and marketing this heartfelt and relatable feature film, distributed through both new and established distribution partnerships leveraging WFMG’s expertise in the film and comedy tour industries.

• “Hard Head”: Producing This gritty and relatable faith based film surrounding a young man who comes from a good home but goes in the opposite direction. As his parents work hard to keep him on the straight and arrow, this film chronicles the challenges that so many parents are having with their youth and young adult children today.

• Both Films will benefit from WFMG’s current established distribution partnerships (E-One/Central City/ Legacy) covering the vast home video streaming (OTT, VOD, SVOD, AVOD) and non-premium Cable television, as well as, WFMG’s proprietary “Road Show/ Live Event Screening” models.

 

Expected Outcomes:

• Modest Valuation: The projected modest valuation for the content to be produced is estimated at $5 million.
